- Monthly statements and year-end reports

(generally for multi-unit properties)

Our fee structure:
We only have two basic charges:
- A flat-rate, monthly management fee which covers everything
listed above (with the exception of appearing in court for an eviction)
- If there is a vacancy we charge a 6% leasing fee once a lease is signed with a new tenant.
Many property management companies charge 5%-10% of the monthly rents collected as the monthly fee. The
monthly management fee and/or leasing fee depend primarily on location and whether the property is under rent control. For
